Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your order but, if you are not completely satisfied, you may want to return items that are not suitable.

Please be aware that postage & packaging is not refundable, however we will not ask you to pay additional postage should you require an exchange.

Our returns policy is as follows:

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in perfect condition and be unworn and unwashed with labels intact and not removed. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted.
• When sending a return, the items are your responsibility until they reach us. We advise you to send your return via signed for or special delivery services. PLEASE OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE. We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive.
• Refunds will only be given to the person who originally purchased the goods.

Credit and debit card purchases will receive credit back to the card used. Please note that we cannot process return merchandise without a receipt or invoice. For exchanges, we will dispatch your new item on receipt of your returned item. If the returned item is of a higher value than the new item we will refund the difference back to your credit or debit card.

UK – 1st Class Recorded delivery – £3.50 (3-5 working days)
EU – £8.00

Rest of the World – £12.00

Payment

You can pay by most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard & Maestro. For overseas orders, your credit/debit card will be charged in pounds sterling, the total will be determined by the card issuer, based on the exchange rate at the time your card is charged.
